SolvePharmacy provides educational references, planning and research documentation. It is not a clinical record system, a diagnostic service or a treatment service.

Records you save

The app stores records you choose to save, including education plans, course and activity notes, reflections, formula and notebook projects, research questions, hypotheses, validation proposals and reported observations. These records are kept in local application storage or, for the web app, in your browser's storage. Local interaction counts support the app's learning views.

Do not enter patient identifiers or sensitive medical records. User statements and research observations are unverified. Source-guided Ask organizes supplied Core records locally and does not send your notes to a remote AI provider. This version does not require an app account or provide a developer-operated cloud sync service for these records.

Removal, exports and backups

Use the available record controls to remove saved entries. Clearing application or browser site data can remove local records. Browser storage and device storage can be lost or cleared, so local records are not a guaranteed backup.

Exports you request are saved as files in application documents or downloaded through your browser. Exported files and copies you share are separate from saved app records; you manage their deletion and recipients. Device, operating-system and browser backup or sync settings may retain copies according to those services' settings and policies.

External websites and web hosting

When you open a source, supplier or other external website, your browser contacts that third party. Its own privacy practices apply. Accessing the hosted web app also involves ordinary connection information processed by the hosting provider. These services are separate from the app's local record storage.

Contact and changes

If you contact SolveMotion Labs, the information you include is sent through your email provider and used to respond to your request. Do not include patient records or confidential research data in support messages.
